What makes this workout so special???

  • Strength AND Cardio In One! The combination moves in this routine allow for more muscle groups to be worked in less time. This, in addition to the plyometrics (jumping) and superset format (one move right after the other) keep your heart pumping and turn this strength workout into a cardio sweatfest.
  • ANYONE Can Do It! This workout is great because it’s suitable for all levels. That means again, NO excuses! To make it easier, reduce the amount of weight you use or take weights out all together and focus on contracting your muscles. Conversely, to make it harder up your weights!
  • NO Gym Needed! All you optionally need are assorted dumbbells and a yoga mat. But, if you have no dumbbells, no problem! Try a textbook or a jug. You DON’T need a fancy gym membership to get active!
