Make Eating Healthy Fast, Easy, and Affordable with PlateJoy

PlateJoy Healthy Eating Simplified

Here’s the secret to taking the stress, time, and cost out of healthy eating, meal planning, and prep. With PlateJoy you can feel good and eat better!

I’m going to be honest, I was skeptical when I first heard about PlateJoy. I thought “but can’t I just pick out recipes for the week myself?”. Then, I remembered that I’ve been there done that and found it’s not as easy as it seems.

First, I’d waste hours searching recipes and feeling massively overwhelmed trying to sort through them for ones that were gluten, dairy, and soy free. After finally settling on ones that “looked good”, I’d run into the problem having to run around to every store in town to hunt down a scattered mix of ingredients (but for real, can someone please tell me where you find broccoli rabe?!?) which I’d inevitably end up tossing out since I’d never use them again.

Or, even worse, all the recipes I could find would require some tricky, time consuming prep. Uhhmm, who has the time to make their own nut cheese for a lasagna – on a Tuesday??? Ain’t nobody got time fo’ that! And if you do, please make extra for me, kay thanks 😉 .

So, with the pressure of a busy schedule, my family would resort to good ‘ole tortilla pizzas. They’re a delicious favorite, but after having them night after night, even my pizza-loving mom was calling for a change.

If you find yourself going half-crazy trying to come up with creative and healthy meals that fit the busy schedules, dietary needs, and the various food preferences in your household; and you waste tons of money throwing leftover food ingredients away and/or repeatedly falling back on carryout, I’ve go a solution for you. PlateJoy!

What PlateJoy‘s all about:

PlateJoy shrinks the whole process of planning meals and figuring out the grocery list down to just minutes.

All you have to do is take a quiz, filling in the number of people in your family, preferred portion sizes, any dietary restrictions, food likes/dislikes, available appliances, types of grocery stores where you shop, and how much time you have available for meal prep.

And voila! Your PlateJoy is ready to supply you with perfectly customized menu plans and well-organized grocery lists for whatever meals you want (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and/or snacks).

Dijon Baked Salmon with Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato

This Dijon Baked Salmon with Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato, HOLY WOW! My only complaint is the recipe should call for twice as many shaved brussels sprouts because my family was literally fighting over them. SO GOOD!

To reduce food and money waste, PlateJoy makes sure you’re using ingredients across recipes and its “digital pantry” feature even remembers ingredients you’ve purchased and have leftover from week to week!

The menus also show nutritional information for all meals and you have optional access to a virtual nutrition coach to make sure you’re on track with whatever goals you may have.

Roasted Mustard Chicken with Peach and Cabbage Slaw

This Roasted Mustard Chicken with a Peach and Cabbage Slaw was the perfect summery dinner! The leftovers also packed really well.

Chilled Muesli with Apples and Raisins

This Chilled Muesli with Apples and Raisins is my favorite PlateJoy breakfast! The juicy flavors of the apple soaked into the almond milk and made it taste like it was sweetened. Naturally, I also thought it was a necessary touch to top it with Crazy Richard’s Crunchy PB. PB is always a good decision 😉 .

Enjoy the moment,

xoxo Meah <3
