In a weird way, I think having to get up at 6 A.M. for school programs me to get super-efficient sleep and make the most of those 8 (errr…okay, maybe more 7) hours I have to sleep. This means I avoid screens like the plague anywhere near bedtime. But, during break, I’ve gotten more lax which means I’ve been scrolling through blogs till at least 10, then realizing it’s time for bed and hitting the hay right then.
